Give the Representative your policy number, if you don't have your personalized policy number, give them your full name as it is on your policy, tell them you have a policy with our agency (Insurance Marketing Specialist West on Lane Ave.).The Representative will ask you brief questions to prove you are the policy holder. Then assist you accordingly.
